You need to answer seven short questions and one case study. We encourage originality in your answers as they will showcase your aptitude and interest in the Fellowship. Plagiarism is not something that we associate with an SBI YFI Fellow and it is grounds for rejection of your application.
Note:
As you draft your essays, please emphasize your experience and qualifications that are most relevant to the Fellowship.
Think broadly about your experience and how it relates to the Fellowship.
If you are a working professional, you may wish to highlight any relevant professional experience.
If you are a recent graduate, you may wish to focus on any relevant academic and volunteer experience.
For each question, be as specific as possible, drawing from your personal experience.
Use examples and avoid generalizations.
