The candidate should:

  • Nationality: Be a citizen of India, a citizen of Nepal/ Bhutan, an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) or an NRI.
  • Age Group: be between the age group of 21- 32 years on the day of commencement of the program (i.e. the candidate must have been born not earlier than 4th August 1994 and not later than 5th October 2005)
  • Qualification: Completed Bachelor's degree before 4th October 2026.


Additional Requirement for SBI Employees: 

  • should be a Confirmed Officer in Scale I/II (Circular No.: CDO/P&HRD-CM/22/2025-26 Dated: Thursday, 21st Aug 2025)


Note: 

  • If you are an SBI Employee, submitting your PFID Card is mandatory. 
  • If you are a Bhutan or Nepal Citizen, submitting your Government ID Card is mandatory.
  • If you are an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), submit proof of your OCI status (i.e OCI card, passport or any Government ID card)

(In case you don’t possess an OCI card currently, please visit the website of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for OCI registration. As the process takes at least 1-3 months, we recommend that you apply for it as soon as you initiate your Fellowship application.)
