• A highly motivated graduate/bachelor's degree holder from any discipline or stream

  • Aged between 21 and 32 as on the date of commencement of the programme (as of October 7, 2024)

  • Citizen of India/Overseas Citizen of India/ Citizen of Nepal/Bhutan 

  • A team player with a proactive approach and strong leadership skills

  • People-oriented, as you will be living with diverse rural communities.

  • Willing to commit to a 13-month long rural Fellowship programme (7th October 2024 - 6th November 2025) and adapt to life in challenging rural conditions.
