The fellowship is a 13-month program where each year, handpicked urban youth are offered an opportunity to work on rural development projects across India. The fellows live and work amongst the rural communities for whom they're working, while also getting mentorship and guidance from one of eight leading NGOs who are associated with the fellowship as partners focused on key areas pertaining to rural development.
