A fellowship is a term used for various academic, professional and research programs that offer time-limited opportunities to individuals selected as fellows to work and develop their skills and leadership by working in specific focus areas. Typically sponsored by an organization to develop a field of expertise relevant to them. 

The SBI Youth for India fellowship is one such fellowship, that is the flagship 13-month program of the SBI Foundation, which is funded by The State Bank of India.
